Established in 1972, Kenneth West, Inc. is a privately owned site development company based in Apex, North Carolina. We are an unlimited licensed highway / public utility general contractor, specializing in residential and commercial construction.

Honored with Fast 50 Award

Raleigh, N.C. – Kenneth West, Inc. was recognized as one of the 50 fastest growing private companies in the Triangle at Triangle Business Journal’s annual Fast 50 Awards ceremony on November 1, 2007.

The Apex-based site development / construction company ranked among 49 other winners, as determined by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, who evaluated locally headquartered private companies based on a formula that takes into account both dollar growth and percentage rate of growth over a three-year period. To be considered, companies were required to have had at least $3 million in revenue in 2006.
